SHIPPING POLICY

All Studio Terra products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that, as each piece is handmade, slight delays may occur during periods of high demand.

Studio Terra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, small variations in shape, color, and texture are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence. In these cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Returns for reasons other than damage are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
